    Program Director

     

    I am the Program Director at Willow Heart. I have certifications in medication administration, early childhood development, extensive training in ABA TEACH Therapy, and I am a CNA

    I have worked directly with this population for the last 4 years. As well as volunteering many hours in school to the special education program. I also gained significant experience doing behavioral intervention for children with autism.

    I have always enjoyed working with this population, and am grateful to be a part of an amazing team of people here at willow heart. I’m looking forward to being a part of a community that wants to make a difference.

    I am the Office Manager at Willow Heart, I primarily take care of the client billing and receivables. I am the proud mother of 2 amazing college aged daughters and I enjoy spending as much time with them as I can. I consider myself blessed to be able
    to have my real life family but also consider the clients and staff at
    Willow Heart to be family as well.

    I am the Child Care Administrator and Human Resources Coordinaor here at Willow Heart. I have worked in the field of early childhood for over 15 years in many different capaciteis, including director. The best part of my job in early childhood is seeing a child learn through play. I look forward to working with the Child Care Director to grow our program.

     

    I also hold an Associate's Degree in Human Resource Management, and look forward to growing our Human Resources deparment and empowering staff to take pride and ownership in their positions at Willow Heart.

    I am the editor of the Times-Villager newspaper based in Kaukauna and like to think I have the pulse of the Heart of the Valley community. Through the newspaper, I became aware of the need for a special needs day care since it was just a dream.

     

    I am involved in many community organizations, serving as board member for the Kaukauna Boys Hoops Club, Friends of Grignon Mansion, Kaukauna K9 Committee, Veterans Memorial Park Association, and Willow Heart. I am editor of the Willow Heart newsletter, letting the community know of the good news coming out of the center and the always-needed funding and volunteers.

    I’m a credit representative at Affinity Health System (AHS) with 25 years of billing and collection experience, 12 and a half of those years I worked as
    an AHS court representative. When lawsuits were filed, I would comfortably and confidently testify
    in counties throughout the Fox Cities.

    I have an associate degree in accounting and bring medical billing and collection experience to the Willow Heart Board of Directors position. For four years I volunteered at Loaves and Fishes, and currently serve as
    treasurer on the Willow Heart Board
    of Directors.

    I am the president of Lisa Schneider Consulting LLC and AVSP. I have an vassociates degree in accounting and
    am an accomplished executive with demonstrated ability to deliver
    mission-critical results.

    I enjoy creating strategic alliances with organization and community leaders to effectively align with and support key community needs and initiatives. I’m
    a results-oriented leader with an entrepreneurial attitude. I specialize
    in grant research, writing and administration at the local, state
    and federal levels; nonprofit management; accounting and
    program development.

    I have served on numerous boards
    at the state and local level, and on various community funded committees. I have been selected in the inaugural Executive Social Innovation Leadership Experience with Marquette University, funded by J. J. Keller.
